A few years ago, I looked at a picture our family took at a water park and I was horrified at what I saw. In the picture I was trying to hide behind my youngest son and I saw just how much of me was unable to be hidden by him.

I made a decision then to take back my health. I found a product that seemed to work. I was able to lose 60 pounds in just 3 1/2 months, going from a too tight size 16 to a size 8! I was able to help hundreds of others reclaim their health and together we lost thousands of pounds. I vowed to never gain that weight back and even sold my clothes on Facebook LIVE for the whole world to see. 🙄

Well, despite my success and determination at the time, I allowed words from those close to me to discourage me from continuing my journey. So much so that I ended up right back where I started, even worse actually. 

I learned then to never say "never" and that it would take more than a diet to lose weight and become a fitter, healthier, stronger me. With God's help, I have discovered that clean eating, working out with light weights, more reps & HIIT), and dealing with past trauma are what I need to release the weight again.
